R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, December 11, 2006, was a very special day for |
|
|
Fredrick and Felicia Lynch of Dallas, for it marked the birth of |
|
|
their daughter, Faith Ashlee Lynch; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Making her debut at 11:07 p.m., this welcome |
|
|
addition to the Lynch household weighed in at 4 pounds, 9 ounces, |
|
|
and measured 16-1/2 inches in length; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Faith has already brightened the lives of everyone |
|
|
around her, including her doting grandparents, Betty Dickerson, |
|
|
James Mccain, and Joyce Warren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This charming little Texan begins her life in the |
|
|
safe and loving embrace of her family, and her siblings, Keiera and |
|
|
Kevandria, are sure to keep a watchful eye on their new baby sister; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Faith's birth is indeed a noteworthy event, and the |
|
|
members of this chamber take great pleasure in formally announcing |
|
|
her birth and honoring her delighted parents; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby officially welcome Faith Ashlee Lynch as a new |
|
|
citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt congratulations to Fredrick |
|
|
and Felicia Lynch on the birth of their new daughter; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Lynch as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
