R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, January 22, 2007, will long be remembered as a |
|
|
special date by our esteemed colleague, State Representative Mark |
|
|
Strama, and his wife, Crystal Cotti, for that day marked the birth |
|
|
of their adorable baby girl, Victoria Rose Strama; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Victoria Rose made her debut at 8:26 p.m. at St. |
|
|
David's Hospital in Austin, weighing six pounds, two ounces, but |
|
|
the delight she has brought to her family is truly immeasurable; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a winning |
|
|
personality, this charming little girl has already won the hearts |
|
|
of all who know her; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Victoria Rose will surely thrive in the warm embrace |
|
|
of her parents and their loved ones, and it is a pleasure to |
|
|
formally acknowledge her birth at this time; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby officially welcome Victoria Rose Strama as a new |
|
|
citizen of Texas and extend sincere congratulations to State |
|
|
Representative Mark Strama and Crystal Cotti on the birth of their |
|
|
beloved daughter; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Victoria Rose and her parents as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
