R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Pat Housel has been accorded a great honor with her |
|
|
coronation as the 2006 Ms. Texas Senior America; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In winning this coveted crown, Mrs. Housel displayed |
|
|
tremendous talent, elegance, and inner beauty, all of which the Ms. |
|
|
Senior America Pageant is dedicated to showcasing and celebrating; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This vibrant wife, mother, and grandmother is |
|
|
employed at Electronic Data Systems as a project management |
|
|
professional; a gifted dancer, she is a member of the award-winning |
|
|
Dallas Tap Dazzlers and performed with the group at the 2000 Macy's |
|
|
Thanksgiving Day Parade; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Full of warmth, wisdom, and spirit, Mrs. Housel |
|
|
demonstrates great poise and determination in all aspects of her |
|
|
life, and it is a pleasure to recognize her at this time; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Pat Housel on being named Ms. Texas |
|
|
Senior America 2006 and extend to her best wishes for the future; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mrs. Housel as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
