R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, On March 26, 2007, Robert and Charlotte Cornell |
|
|
celebrate the joyous occasion of their 36th wedding anniversary; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although proud residents of Long Island, they have |
|
|
proven themselves, through their fellowship and well-proclaimed |
|
|
love of this state, as worthy ambassadors of Texas; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Their visits to Texas are always a cause for |
|
|
celebration with their Texas relatives; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This particular visit, coming at the time of their |
|
|
celebration of their life together, brings multiple cause for |
|
|
celebration; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This occasion is a time of celebration for their |
|
|
family back home as well, including their daughter Rachael, their |
|
|
two grandsons Bobby & Kyle, and their Boxer named Max; now, |
|
|
therefore be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor and congratulate Robert & Charlotte |
|
|
Cornell on the occasion of their 36th wedding anniversary; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Robert & Charlotte Cornell as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
