R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced |
|
|
by a great and enduring love, Jack and Bonnie Frost of Quitman |
|
|
reached a meaningful milestone in their relationship when they |
|
|
celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Frost have nurtured a close and |
|
|
fulfilling marriage that has been made even richer with the |
|
|
addition of two daughters, Patricia and Brenda, as well as six |
|
|
grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Respected members of their community, Mr. Frost |
|
|
worked for Amoco pipeline and Mrs. Frost taught at Quitman |
|
|
Elementary School for more than 32 years; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Having witnessed innumerable changes in the world |
|
|
over the past 65 years, this devoted husband and wife have taken |
|
|
comfort in the reassuring strength of their love, and the steadfast |
|
|
support they provide to one another has allowed them to meet life's |
|
|
challenges and opportunities with grace and determination; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jack and Bonnie Frost on their 65th |
|
|
wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Frost as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
