R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their
  memories of Elizabeth Ann Reeves Warnock of Fort Stockton, who
  passed away on March 19, 2007; and
         WHEREAS, Born on February 27, 1931, in Balmorhea, Elizabeth
  Reeves married H. Clay "Sonny" Warnock on August 24, 1949, in
  Sanderson, and the couple raised three children; together with
  their son, Seth, Mr. and Mrs. Warnock operated a ranch and dairy for
  more than 30 years; and
         WHEREAS, A devoted wife and mother, Elizabeth Warnock
  actively participated in her children's school functions and
  extracurricular activities, including 4-H and Girl Scout events,
  and Mrs. Warnock's commitment to scouting activities was honored
  with a lifetime membership in Girl Scouts of the USA; and
         WHEREAS, A valued member of the First Baptist Church of Fort
  Stockton, Elizabeth Warnock lived a caring and purposeful life that
  was rich in family and friends, and her kindness, compassion, and
  positive outlook will be deeply missed by all who had the good
  fortune to have known her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Elizabeth Ann Reeves
  Warnock and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to
  her husband of more than 57 years, Sonny Warnock; to her children,
  Gwen Warnock Grigsby and her husband, Tony, Ann Warnock Moseley and
  her husband, Randy, and Seth Clay Warnock and his wife, Bonnie Jean
  Cox Warnock; to her grandchildren, Megan and Kelly Grigsby, Lynn
  Moseley Parker and her husband, Bill, and Sarah Moseley Massey and
  her husband, Jason; to her great-granddaughters, Abbigail and
  Allison Massey; to her brother, Sim A. Reeves, Jr., and his wife,
  Ruthie; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Elizabeth
  Warnock.
