R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The well-being of the citizens of Texas depends on |
|
|
economic prosperity throughout the state, and businesses that |
|
|
employ Texans and contribute to local economies are important |
|
|
components of a prosperous future; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Holiday Retirement Corporation, the largest owner |
|
|
and operator of retirement communities in the country, is |
|
|
celebrating the grand opening of Paradise Springs Gracious |
|
|
Retirement Living on April 22, 2007; located in Spring, Texas, the |
|
|
community will offer residents affordable prices and four onsite |
|
|
managers; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, At a time in life when people deserve fewer cares, |
|
|
Paradise Springs will enrich the lives of a number of area senior |
|
|
citizens by providing them with a secure, inviting home, a wealth of |
|
|
amenities, and an opportunity to broaden their circle of friends; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Holiday Retirement Corporation on |
|
|
the grand opening of Paradise Springs and commend all those |
|
|
associated with the community for their hard work and dedication; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Paradise Springs as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
