R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned a |
|
|
quarter of a century, Monte and Maggie Clinton of Quinlan are |
|
|
celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on April 14, 2007; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton exchanged the vows of matrimony |
|
|
in Japan on that special day in 1982, and over the course of their |
|
|
marriage, they have found in each other a devoted life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The couple count among their blessings a fine family |
|
|
that includes three daughters, Bobbi, Danielle, and Jamie, with |
|
|
whom they treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Looking back over the past 25 years, Monte and |
|
|
Maggie Clinton can savor a wealth of cherished family memories and |
|
|
know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that |
|
|
many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Monte and Maggie Clinton on their |
|
|
25th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Clinton as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
