R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The passing of Sandra Davison of Kerrville on April
  30, 2007, at the age of 60, deeply saddened the family and friends
  of this beloved woman; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Davison was born on December 30, 1946, in
  Cambridge, Maryland, to Leon and Lillian Bankard; she graduated
  from Salisbury State University with a degree in psychology and
  later worked in the Department of Employment Training for the state
  of Maryland; and
         WHEREAS, Following her marriage to Robert Davison in 1986,
  Sandra Davison moved from Annapolis, Maryland, to Ajijic in the
  state of Jalisco, Mexico, where she lived for seven years; in 1995
  the couple settled in Kerrville and Ms. Davison became active in
  civic affairs, serving as treasurer on the executive board of the
  Republican Women of Kerr County and helping with the group's many
  fund-raising projects; and
         WHEREAS, Sandra Davison lived a caring and purposeful life,
  and she leaves behind a legacy to treasure for those who held her
  dear; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Sandra Davison and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Robert Davison; to her sons, Davis and Duane Elliott; to
  her sisters, Frances Nute and Patricia Meridith; to her brother,
  Leon Bankard; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Sandra
  Davison.
