R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Memories of a full and generous life may comfort the
  family and friends of West resident Henrietta E. Snokhous, who
  passed away on April 16, 2007, at the age of 79; and
         WHEREAS, Born on December 11, 1927, in West, Mrs. Snokhous
  was a graduate of St. Mary's School; she married Willie Frank
  Snokhous on June 25, 1956, and shared a marriage that spanned more
  than 30 years and that was blessed with three children; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to being a special nanny to many
  children, this beloved wife and mother was employed with J. M. Woods
  Manufacturing in Waco and the Lorch Manufacturing Company in her
  hometown, from which she retired after many years of dedicated
  service as a seamstress; she was a lifelong parishioner of St.
  Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and gave of her time and
  talents as a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court No.
  829, St. Anne's Altar Society, and the K.J.Z.T. Society No. 11; and
         WHEREAS, Henrietta Snokhous was greatly treasured by all who
  shared in the warmth of her friendship and affection, and those who
  knew her will forever hold her close in their hearts; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Henrietta E. Snokhous
  and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  children, David Snokhous and his wife, Vicki, Mark Snokhous and his
  wife, Tammy, and Debbie Keel and her husband, Ernie; to her
  grandchildren, Heath Keel and Amy Hromadka, Brooke Keel, and Paige,
  Kelsey, Raegan, and Reilee Snokhous; to her siblings, Alfred Marak,
  Bob Marak and his wife, Mary Ann, Raymond Marak and his wife, Janie,
  Evelyn Vrbas, Helen Klish, and Rose Kubacak and her husband,
  Charles; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Henrietta
  E. Snokhous.
