R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Evelyn Howard was recognized by Visiting Angels |
|
|
Living Assistance Services as the 2006 Caregiver of the Year; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Selected for her dedication to the individuals she |
|
|
serves, Mrs. Howard is an outstanding health care professional who |
|
|
has won the lasting respect and admiration of her patients and |
|
|
colleagues; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A native of South Carolina and a nursing graduate of |
|
|
McLennan Community College, Mrs. Howard is the wife of Fermis |
|
|
Howard, Jr., and she enjoys the love and support of her children, |
|
|
Fermis and Patricia, and grandchildren, Courtney and Kenneth; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Evelyn Howard exemplifies the highest standards of |
|
|
her profession, and she may reflect with justifiable pride on this |
|
|
achievement and know that her efforts have brought comfort to those |
|
|
in need; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Evelyn Howard on being named the |
|
|
2006 Caregiver of the Year by Visiting Angels Living Assistance |
|
|
Services and extend to her best wishes for the future; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mrs. Howard as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
