R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, For 140 days of each odd-numbered year, the |
|
|
employees of the House Committee Coordinator's Office put their |
|
|
personal lives on hold to support the work of the Texas Legislature; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, During the 80th Legislative Session, the operations |
|
|
of the Texas House of Representatives have been greatly enhanced by |
|
|
the commendable efforts of these outstanding legislative |
|
|
employees, who support the operations of house committees by |
|
|
assisting with meeting room set-up and the scheduling and posting |
|
|
of meetings; the office also serves as the repository of official |
|
|
committee records; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The hardworking individuals of the House Committee |
|
|
Coordinator's Office include manager Stacey G. Nicchio and the |
|
|
members of the staff: Kyle R. Baum, Kelli Cleveland, Damian M. |
|
|
Duarte, and Ethan T. Harlow; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The House Committee Coordinator's Office employees |
|
|
have devoted long hours to assisting house committees in their |
|
|
day-to-day operations, and the members of this chamber are pleased |
|
|
to express their gratitude for a job well done; now, therefore, be |
|
|
it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend the members of the House Committee |
|
|
Coordinator's Office for their service and dedication and extend |
|
|
best wishes to manager Stacey Nicchio and her staff; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the office as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
