| WHEREAS, The Trinity Christian Academy tennis team dominated | ||
| the girls' singles division at the 2007 Texas Christian Athletic | ||
| Fellowship state tennis tournament; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Sophomore Bekah Mack took home the first-place | ||
| prize, while junior Lacy Barnett finished second; freshman Danielle | ||
| Holcomb completed the team's sweep of the top three spots with her | ||
| third-place finish; and | ||
| WHEREAS, These talented student-athletes received | ||
| outstanding support and guidance from Coach Natalie Head, who | ||
| shared her knowledge, insights, and strategic analysis with her | ||
| young champions; and | ||
| WHEREAS, This impressive performance earned these young | ||
| players well-deserved respect among their classmates at Trinity | ||
| Christian Academy, and they have indeed represented their school | ||
| with distinction; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Bekah Mack, Lacy Barnett, Danielle | ||
| Holcomb, and Coach Natalie Head of Trinity Christian Academy on | ||
| their success at the 2007 Texas Christian Athletic Fellowship state | ||
| tennis tournament and extend best wishes to them for continued | ||
| achievement both on and off the court; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for the players and Coach Head as an expression of high | ||
| regard by the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
