R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, William Lawson of Highland Park High School in |
|
|
Dallas earned a superlative honor when he was named to the 2007 U.S. |
|
|
Lacrosse Men's Division High School All-America Team; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Selected by members of the U.S. Lacrosse Men's |
|
|
Division Coaches Council High School Committee, the all-America |
|
|
team represents the top high school talent in the country; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This highly skilled student-athlete has dedicated |
|
|
himself to excellence on the lacrosse field, and his commitment to |
|
|
that pursuit is indeed admirable; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate William Lawson on his selection to |
|
|
the 2007 U.S. Lacrosse Men's Division High School All-America Team |
|
|
and extend to him best wishes for success in all his future |
|
|
endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Lawson as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
