R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Spencer Branch and George Lauinger of St. Mark's |
|
|
School of Texas in Dallas earned a superlative honor when they were |
|
|
named to the 2007 U.S. Lacrosse Men's Division High School |
|
|
All-America Team; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Selected by members of the U.S. Lacrosse Men's |
|
|
Division Coaches Council High School Committee, the all-America |
|
|
team represents the top high school talent in the country; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, These highly skilled student-athletes have |
|
|
dedicated themselves to excellence on the lacrosse field, and their |
|
|
commitment to that pursuit is indeed admirable; now, therefore, be |
|
|
it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Spencer Branch and George Lauinger |
|
|
on their selection to the 2007 U.S. Lacrosse Men's Division High |
|
|
School All-America Team and extend to them best wishes for |
|
|
continued success in all their endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Branch and Mr. Lauinger as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
