R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Patricia A. Liendo marked the culmination of years |
|
|
of hard work with her May 2007 graduation from The University of |
|
|
Texas at Austin; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Earning bachelor's degrees in advertising and |
|
|
public relations, Ms. Liendo was named to the Dean's Honor List in |
|
|
2005 and 2006; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has worked as a |
|
|
sergeant for the Texas House of Representatives since 2003; for the |
|
|
past year, she has been an intern with EnviroMedia Social |
|
|
Marketing, and she recently accepted a permanent position with the |
|
|
firm; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Liendo is embarking on exciting new challenges |
|
|
in her life, and her graduation provides a fitting opportunity to |
|
|
recognize her; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Patricia A. Liendo on her |
|
|
graduation from The University of Texas at Austin and extend to her |
|
|
best wishes for continued success in all of her endeavors; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Liendo as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
