R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Assistant Principal Rosa Blanca Barrera can take |
|
|
well-deserved pride in the outstanding service she has rendered to |
|
|
the residents of her community during a tenure of 29 years in her |
|
|
capacity as an Administrator of the Roma Independent School |
|
|
District; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This esteemed Texan has worked tirelessly to ensure for |
|
|
pupils in her district the best possible instruction and resources; |
|
|
in striving to promote student achievement and to advance the |
|
|
quality of the district's schools, she has sought to enlist the |
|
|
community's support and to collaborate effectively with her local |
|
|
school board; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her unwavering commitment to her district's |
|
|
students and staff, Rosa Blanca Barrera has led the way in fostering |
|
|
a supportive and challenging educational environment, one that |
|
|
gives students skills and a vision of what they might attain if they |
|
|
strive for success and fulfilling and productive lives; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor Assistant Principal Rosa Blanca Barrera of |
|
|
the Roma Independent School District for her admirable service to |
|
|
her fellow citizens and extend to her sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for |
|
|
Assistant Principal Rosa Blanca Barrera as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
