R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Truman and Jane Heddins of Grand Saline celebrated |
|
|
their 50th wedding anniversary on May 20, 2007, and they may indeed |
|
|
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since exchanging the vows of matrimony in 1957, Mr. |
|
|
and Mrs. Heddins have found in each other a loving life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Truman and Jane Heddins count among their blessings |
|
|
a fine family that includes their three children, Rhonda, Scott, |
|
|
and Debra, with whom they share the many special occasions of life; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Truman and Jane Heddins have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Truman and Jane Heddins on their |
|
|
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Heddins as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
