R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and |
|
|
talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are |
|
|
truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The following Texans have rendered exemplary |
|
|
service to their state through their efforts in the office of |
|
|
Representative Armando "Mando" Martinez during the 80th |
|
|
Legislative Session: interns Vanessa Trejo, Jonathan Chan, Nicole |
|
|
Cuevas, Evelyn Castillo, Francisco "Paco" Sanchez, Dannick |
|
|
Villasenor, and Jaquelyn Vega, and legislative aide Jesse Ozuna; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Throughout their tenures, these noteworthy |
|
|
individuals have had the opportunity to witness the workings of |
|
|
state government firsthand; in addition, they have enhanced their |
|
|
knowledge of the Lone Star State and gained invaluable work |
|
|
experience in the field of public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, These outstanding Texans have performed their |
|
|
duties with skill, professionalism, and dedication, and their |
|
|
efforts are greatly appreciated; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend the interns and legislative aide in the |
|
|
office of State Representative Armando "Mando" Martinez for their |
|
|
service during this regular session and extend to them best wishes |
|
|
for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for them as an expression of high regard by the Texas House |
|
|
of Representatives. |
