R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, During the 80th Legislative Session, Chelsea Harmon
  has ably served the Texas House of Representatives as an intern with
  the Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence; and
         WHEREAS, Currently studying government, American studies,
  and history, Ms. Harmon is a member of The University of Texas at
  Austin Liberal Arts Honors Program; she has been active in a number
  of worthwhile groups on campus, sharing her time with the
  Legislative Relations Agency, Longhorn Honeys Spirit Organization,
  Phi Alpha Delta Pre Law Fraternity, and Freshman Leadership
  Organization; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Harmon has been a tremendous asset to the House
  Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence during her internship at the
  State Capitol; in addition to enhancing her knowledge of the
  legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star
  State, she has gained further experience in the field of public
  service; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Harmon has performed her duties as a legislative
  intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of
  special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Chelsea Harmon for her service as a
  legislative intern with the House Committee on Criminal
  Jurisprudence and extend to her best wishes for great success in all
  her future endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Harmon as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
