R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Anna Barrera has been named a 2006-2007 Teacher of |
|
|
the Year by Dubose Intermediate School in Alice; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The prestigious Teacher of the Year awards are |
|
|
presented to educators who inspire in their students a love of |
|
|
learning, setting them on the path to a bright and rewarding future; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Barrera credits her success to her parents, who |
|
|
motivated her to attend college and supported her in all of her |
|
|
endeavors; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Anna Barrera has demonstrated unwavering commitment |
|
|
to the students of Dubose Intermediate School, and she merits |
|
|
special recognition for her hard work and dedication; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 80th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Anna Barrera on being named a |
|
|
Dubose Intermediate School 2006-2007 Teacher of the Year and extend |
|
|
to her best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Barrera as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
