| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |||
| SECTION 1. Section 223.201(f), Transportation Code, is | |||
| amended to read as follows: | |||
| (f) The authority to enter into comprehensive development | |||
| agreements provided by this section expires on August 31, 2009 | |||
