| relating to the creation of a foster care youth advisory council. | |||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |||
| SECTION 1. Chapter 40, Human Resources code is amended by | |||
| adding Section 40.107 to read as follow: | |||
| Sec. 40.107. FOSTER CARE YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL. The foster | |||
| care youth advisory council is created to advise the commissioner | |||
| on matters related to foster care. | |||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. | |||
