AN ACT
|

relating to fees for certain commercial licenses issued by the |
|
|
Parks and Wildlife Department. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Subsection (b), Section 47.021, Parks and |
|
|
Wildlife Code, is amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(b) This section expires September 1, 2009 [2007]. |
|
|
SECTION 2. Subsection (b), Section 77.049, Parks and |
|
|
Wildlife Code, is amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(b) This section expires September 1, 2009 [2007]. |
|
|
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect August 29, 2007. |
|
