| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |||
| SECTION 1. Section 5, Chapter 1291, Acts of the 77th | |||
| Legislature, Regular Session, 2001, is amended by adding Subsection | |||
| (d) to read as follows: | |||
| (d) Section 36.121, Water Code, does not apply to the | |||
| district. | |||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. | |||
