AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the composition of the McLennan County Juvenile Board. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Subsection (a), Section 152.1611, Human |
|
|
Resources Code, is amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(a) The McLennan County Juvenile Board is composed of the |
|
|
county judge, [and] the district judges in McLennan County, and the |
|
|
judge of each county court at law. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2007. |
|
