A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the composition of the McLennan County Juvenile Board.
       BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
       SECTION 1.  Section 152.1611(a), Human Resources Code, is
amended to read as follows:
       (a)  The McLennan County Juvenile Board is composed of the
county judge, [and] the district judges in McLennan County, and the
judge of each county court at law.
       SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2007.
