SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1031 has been adopted by the house of |
|
|
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 80th Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the |
|
|
following corrections: |
|
|
(1) In SECTION 11 of the conference committee report, in |
|
|
added Section 39.0261, Education Code, immediately following added |
|
|
Subsection (e), insert the following: |
|
|
(f) The provisions of this section apply only if the |
|
|
legislature appropriates funds for purposes of this section. |
|
|
(2) In SECTION 11 of the conference committee report, in the |
|
|
heading to added Section 39.0262, Education Code, strike "LOCAL" |
|
|
and substitute "DISTRICT-REQUIRED". |
|
|
(3) In SECTION 11 of the conference committee report, in |
|
|
added Subsection (a), Section 39.0262, Education Code, strike |
|
|
"local" and substitute "district-required". |
|
