SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 155
 
  In Memory
  of
  Ana Maria Gonzalez Chadick
 
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas joins the citizens
  of San Antonio in mourning the loss of Ana Maria Gonzalez Chadick,
  who died November 19, 2006, at the age of 64; and
         WHEREAS, Ana was born in Corpus Christi on February 14, 1942,
  and she had lived in San Antonio for the past 30 years; and
         WHEREAS, She was a beloved member of her community, and
  she enriched the lives of all who knew her with her love and
  compassion and her warmth and kindness; and
         WHEREAS, A devout Catholic, she was a member of Holy
  Trinity Catholic Church; and
         WHEREAS, Ana Maria Chadick was a devoted wife, mother,
  and grandmother, and she will long be remembered in the hearts
  and minds of those she left behind; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
  80th Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the
  bereaved family of Ana Maria Gonzalez Chadick: her husband,
  Richard Chadick; her son, David H. Medina; her daughters and
  son-in-law, Danita Medina Thomas and Dyann Medina Whittaker and
  her husband, Malcolm; her stepchildren, Rick Chadick, and his
  wife, Cheryl, and Christine Sway, and her husband, Dave; her
  sisters, Ellie Ryan, Viola Vacca, Minnie Ross, and Patsy Escamilla;
  and her grandchildren, Hannah Thomas, Jillian Whittaker, and
  Annabeth Whittaker; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared
  for her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the
  Texas Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it
  do so in memory of Ana Maria Gonzalez Chadick.
