SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 279
       WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Dale L. Jaroszewski, who is retiring from his position
at the Texas Animal Health Commission on February 28, 2007, after
28 years and 11 months of loyal state service; and
       WHEREAS, A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin,
Dale began his career with the state in 1975 as a bookstore manager
at The University of Texas at San Antonio; he later worked as an
accountant at the Texas Department of Housing and Community
Affairs; and
       WHEREAS, In 1984 Dale took a position as a budget analyst
for the Texas Commission for the Blind; he held that position for
13 years before becoming a budget analyst at the Texas Animal Health
Commission; and
       WHEREAS, A talented and resourceful individual, Dale has
refined the position of budget analyst to a fine art, and he has
handled his many responsibilities with exceptional efficiency
and dedication; and
       WHEREAS, An exemplary employee, Dale is admired and respected
by his colleagues, and his presence at the Texas Animal Health
Commission will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it
       RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
80th Legislature, hereby commend Dale L. Jaroszewski on his
exceptional service and his many contributions to our state
and extend to him best wishes for the retirement years ahead;
and, be it further
       RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
