SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 570

WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Barbara B. Gentry, who has been named a 2007 Distinguished Alumna of Saint Mary's University; and

WHEREAS, A member of the class of 1971, Barbara has distinguished herself through her accomplishments, and she has brought honor and distinction to Saint Mary's University; and

WHEREAS, Barbara is being honored with two other notable and prominent alumni at the 2007 Distinguished Alumni Dinner, which is being held March 26, 2007, at the Omni San Antonio Hotel; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 80th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Barbara B. Gentry on her selection as a Distinguished Alumna and for being honored by the Saint Mary's University Alumni Association; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate. Wentworth
