SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 703

WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Hidehiko "T.J." Tajima, president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas, for his many outstanding achievements; and

WHEREAS, A talented and resourceful individual, Mr. Tajima has provided exemplary leadership during his tenure as president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas; and

WHEREAS, The friends and colleagues of Mr. Tajima will offer their farewells to this esteemed gentleman on April 19, 2007, in San Antonio; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Tajima has led with exceptional wisdom, loyalty, and honor, and his presence at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 80th Legislature, hereby commend Hidehiko "T.J." Tajima for his many contributions to San Antonio and to Texas and extend to him best wishes in all his future endeavors; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for him as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate. Wentworth, Van de Putte
