SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1039
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased
  to recognize Tecla Kramm on the occasion of her retirement as
  the executive assistant at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio after
  22 years of loyal service; and
 
         WHEREAS, Tecla began working for the organization on
  June 3, 1985, after a short time as a temporary employee; she
  served as the executive assistant to Larry Crutsinger for 18 years,
  and since his retirement, she has been the executive assistant
  for Baron Herdelin-Doherty since 2003; and
 
         WHEREAS, Throughout her tenure with the association,
  Tecla has demonstrated exceptional commitment and devotion to
  its mission, and she has handled her many responsibilities with
  exceptional resourcefulness and dedication; and
 
         WHEREAS, Her colleagues and friends will pay tribute to her
  outstanding service on May 24, 2007, with a daylong open house and
  festivities; and
 
         WHEREAS, An outstanding employee, Tecla has been an
  inspiration to those who have had the pleasure to know and to work
  with her, and her presence will be greatly missed; now, therefore,
  be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
  80th Legislature, hereby commend Tecla Kramm for her many years
  of service with the YMCA of Greater San Antonio and extend to her
  best wishes for the retirement years ahead; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
