No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend sections of the Election, the Government, and the Tax Codes to hide the home residence address in otherwise public records of certain federal and state judges and their spouses.

 

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
