No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill defines a major contract as a contract that has a value of at least $10,000.  

It is assumed that any additional duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources. 


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
