No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require energy-saving devices and options to be activated and maintained in vending machines located in buildings owned or leased by the state. The amount of utility savings would be minimal and no significant revenue is expected to be generated through the imposition of the administrative fee.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
