HB95 by Martinez, "Mando" (Relating to interference with child custody in violation of a temporary child custody order; imposing a criminal penalty.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code by adding to the conditions that constitute the offenses of interference with child custody, and agreement to abduct from custody.  It is assumed that the bill would not significantly affect the operations of state or local government. 

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
