No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code as it relates to the fee charged by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for furnishing the Texas Airport Directory.

Based on the analysis and information provided by TxDOT and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
