No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Under provisions of the bill, a student would not be allowed to drop more than three courses at an institution of higher education under certain circumstances. The Higher Education Coordinating Board indicates that the agency would be able to implement provisions of the bill within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
