Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit a school district superintendent from receiving financial benefit for personal services performed for a business entity that conducts or solicits business with the school district.  The bill would also require case-by-case approval by the board of trustees for any financial benefit received by the superintendent for performing personal services for any entity other than those prohibited.
