IN RE: | HB200 by Menendez (Relating to an offense of using a wireless communication device while operating a motor vehicle in a school crossing zone.), As Introduced |
The state would receive additional revenue to the Foundation School Fund in amounts dependent upon the number of citations issued for using a wireless communication device while operating a motor vehicle in a school crossing zone, and on the amount of the fine. There are no data readily available for estimating this revenue, but it is not expected to be significant in relation to the level of appropriations from the Foundation School Fund.
