No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

According to analyses by the University of Texas System Administration, the Texas Tech University System Administration, and Texas A&M University System Administrative and General Offices, public institutions of higher education currently do not perform this type of research in this state.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
