HB330 by Flynn (Relating to the criminal offenses applicable to gambling and gambling devices.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code regarding what constitutes certain Class C misdemeanor gambling offenses and what constitutes a defense to prosecution. It is anticipated that any costs for enforcement and prosecution of these gambling offenses would be absorbed using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
