No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Section 242.042, Health and Safety Code, to add Subsection (e) to require the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) to post detailed compliance information regarding each institution licensed by the department. The department shall update the website once a month to provide the most current compliance information. The information that an institution is required to make accessible by subsection (c) shall also be included.
