No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would provide guidelines for a court determining venue in certain guardianship proceedings, and no fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take immediate effect if the bill receives a vote of two-thirds of the members in each House.  Otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
