No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove statutory references to the Texas National Research Laboratory Commission, which has not functioned since 1997, and repeal laws creating the commission. It would also remove language relating to powers of eminent domain by the Higher Education Coordiating Board regarding the Super-conducting Super Collider Accelerator project.
