No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would repeal the section of Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes that grants the board of regents of Texas Woman's University the power of eminent domain and amend Education Code Section 107.45 to allow the board of regents of Texas Woman's University the power of eminent domain to acquire real property.
