IN RE:	HB417 by Hartnett (Relating to guardianship matters and proceedings.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make numerous amendments to the Probate Code regarding guardianship appointments, compensation, eligibility, and proceedings.  The bill would amend the Election Code regarding adjudging a person mentally incapacitated.  To the extent judicial proceedings regarding guardianship matters are modified, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
