No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 38.14(a)(2), Penal Code, to add "taser or similar device" to the defintion of "stun gun." This change would have an insignificant fiscal impact on training provided to law enforcement officers.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
