No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would prohibit the possession of glass containers within the boundaries of state-owned riverbeds. A violation would be a Class C misdemeanor. It is anticipated that costs of enforcement and collection of related fines would not have a significant fiscal impact.
